【学生培养】金属增材与再制造创新团队5名2024届研究生均顺利升博

近日,新葡的京集团350vip8888金属增材与再制造创新团队传来佳音,张辉和赵伟2位导师指导的激光增材与再制造方向5位研究生马琦、郭文珊、李想、黄鹏、陈恒全部顺利升博成功,分别被北京航空航天大学、中南大学、北京工业大学、北京科技大学和山东大学录取,这与他们在研究生期间取得的丰硕科研成果是密不可分的。

马琦和李想同学紧紧围绕高性能高熵合金激光熔覆层的制备开展了系列工作,研发了AlCoCrFeNiMo、CoCrFeNiTiZr、W0.5Ta0.3MoNbVAlTiZr激光熔覆层,分别探究了其高温性能和在海洋环境中抗磨蚀性的提升机理;郭文珊和黄鹏同学,面向航空航天领域,制备了大型TC11钛合金激光增材制造件,并研究了热处理制度对其组织与性能的调控机理;陈恒同学面向海工装备等应用场景,研发了高耐蚀Fe基熔覆层并解析了其耐蚀性提升机理。5位研究生共发表SCI论文10篇,其中中科院一区论文6篇;授权国家发明专利6项;1人次(黄鹏)获得国家奖学金。此外,还有多篇SCI论文和发明专利在审。

据悉,金属增材与再制造创新团队成立于2022年。团队成立以来,围绕激光增材与再制造、可再生能源与低碳技术、金属腐蚀与防护等领域开展研究工作。随着航空航天、交通运输、能源等领域的蓬勃发展,对高端装备关键零部件的性能提出了更高的要求,这对科研工作者既是机遇也是挑战。团队成员顺势而为,深耕于激光增材与再制造方向,取得了系列研究成果。
